Report a problem

If you encounter an error or you believe a bug in the software, it is useful if you can help us by doing two things:
  1. Note what task you were doing at the time.
  2. Go to the Report a Problem option under the Help menu and send us the log files.
The log files are bundled as a compressed zip file to save space.  However, in some cases the size of the log file may be too big as an email attachment.   In that case, Dropbox offers a free "large file" transfer service, as does WeTransfer.  Send the log file zip OR the link to the log files to info@tagthatphoto.com
