Getting full Windows 10 right-click menu back on Windows 11

With the condensed right-click Explorer menu in Windows 11, the Tag That Photo sub-menu has moved to the second screen and requires an extra click to get there.  This has annoyed more than a few people even though there are some upsides to the new menu format.  If you are itching to get that full menu back - refer to this document for instructions.  Make sure you take a backup of your registry!
